From December 27th, 2007 until February 8th, 2008 the Circle of Friends for American Veterans sponsored OPERATION UNITED REVEILLE IV. This fourth tour of large city rallies in ten cities across America built upon the success of previous tours held in 2001, 2004 and 2006. A total of 46 rallies have been held to date to educate the public about the problems and solutions to veterans' homelessness. Bill Richardson and former Secretary of Veterans Affairs Hon. Hershel Gober to the rally held just days before the New Hampshire Primary.
